Professional environments can feel intimidating. That's completely normal. The best way to show up well is to arrive calm and present.
"You can't pour from an empty cup. Take care of yourself first."
Breathing Exercise — 4-7-8 Technique — 4-7-8 Technique
This takes 60 seconds. Do it now before continuing.
- Inhale through your nose for 4 counts
- Hold your breath for 7 counts
- Exhale slowly through your mouth for 8 counts
- Repeat 3 times
This technique activates your parasympathetic nervous system — it physically reduces anxiety within seconds. Athletes, CEOs, and public speakers use it before high-pressure moments.
