One brave volunteer submits their pitch to the room. Everyone else gets to drop anonymous sticky notes directly onto the text — highlighting what works, what's weak, and what's missing.

Rules of engagement:

• Be constructive, not cruel — real feedback, not roasting for the sake of it
• Point out specific strengths with 🟢 green notes
• Flag specific weaknesses with 🔴 red notes
• Focus on clarity, confidence, and professionalism
