Self-Assessment Checklist

  • Subject line is specific and professional

  • First sentence states the purpose clearly
  • Body is concise (under 200 words)
  • Tone is professional but warm
  • No text speak, slang, or emojis
  • Ends with a clear call to action
  • Sign-off includes full name and contact details
  • Proofread — no spelling or grammar errors
